Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we will send samples according to the customer's request. The sample fee will be fully refunded after the bulk order is confirmed.

Q: Can I put my logo on the brushes? Can you use our design?
A: Yes, of course. Private labels and logos are welcomed, and your design is available.

Q: What are the printing options for the private logo?
A: Stamped and silk printing for your choice, it is based on your artwork and makeup brushes you needed. The laser printing is mainly printed on the brush tube. Pad printing and hot stamping can be printed on the handle.
The specific choice of the method depends on the material and color of the product.

Q: Are the quality of your product guaranteed?
A: We have QC to control the quality one by one. So do not worry about the quality. If there are some defective items, we can refund your money or send you new items as compensation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept TT for the payment.

Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: By sea, by air, or by express, it depends on your request. Exw is also available.
